Factors that affect teachers use of ICT:
Computer as a classroom tool is one of the biggest problems.

The technology is a useful tool in classrooms for teachers, and make their work easier.

A studio was made with teachers, here are the results; 

57% had a computer at home, and 33% had access to computer at home.

Studio of Mumatz; teachers had lack of time for use a computer.

Lack of technical supports one of the bigger problems in computers being used in classroom.

Basic assumptions, norms and values, and cultural artifacts that are shared in schools members.

Teachers must have training:

They must have a professional training to develop the special characteristics to use technology the way it must be. 

Attitudes:

Teachers got to have a positive attitude because they have to be in a good mood to give classes. in case they have negative attitude it's gonna be the opposite. 

Computer competence:

Teachers must have the knowledge and skills to use computers in school to reflect on the student achievements positively. 

Effective training program: 

Having a recognition system for innovate and effective use of ICT integration in schools will motivate teachers to use ICT in teaching.
